Some stories begin with a dream.
Ours began with a bond between mother and daughter.

In the spring of 1999, a mother named Ella and her daughter Kate stood in front of a small storefront with little more than a shared vision, a few handmade racks, and a deep love for timeless, feminine style. That day, they opened the doors to what would become Ella & Kate Boutique.

What started as a small neighborhood boutique quickly grew into something much more meaningful. For over two decades, our boutique has been a place where women — mothers, daughters, sisters, and friends — come to feel seen, comfortable, and beautiful, just as they are.

From the very beginning, Ella and Kate built this boutique with care, trust, and the belief that clothes should never wear the woman — she should wear them. They handpicked every piece with love and intention, creating not just a store, but a community where women support women.

Quality has always been at the heart of what we do. We select fabrics that feel as good as they look, pay attention to the smallest details, and work only with makers who share our values. Every piece is designed to last — timeless styles you’ll reach for season after season, knowing they’ll always make you feel your best.
